| The Bugyur Lamalin Temple |

The Bugyur Lamalin Temple is a temple of the Red Sect and is the most important place for the Tibetan Buddhism with the most distinctive features in Nyingchi. Surrounding with hills and rivers, setting off by green trees, there are groups of Tibetan Dogs in the halls and courtyards of the temple. The whole temple is a regular four-angled. In the first floor, there are totally 20 angles of the eaves. In the second and the third floor, there are eight angles each. With a tower-shaped gold-plating top, the prayer hall is about 20 meters in height and more than 10 meters in internal diameter. The walls on the four sides are painted in white, blue, red and green, which looks very beautiful. There is a famous stone in the temple. It is said that the master of Padmasambhava ever practiced on. And the wonderful frescoes in the temple is regarded as one unique scene in the east Tibetan areas. |
